“7 Cascas” is a residential project in Cascais, a city praised as one of the best in the world to live in. The seven houses are located in a quiet neighbourhood, bordering Quinta da Marinha and Quinta da Bicuda, an area sought by families who search for tranquilIty, closeness to nature, the sun and the beach.

Development project

The project consists of seven semi-detached houses, each with independent entrance, garden and swimming pool.

The architectural project, designed by Reabilita, has a unified global concept, aiming a calm and natural image, harmonious in its setting, and to which contribute the use of pigmented stucco and timber. The project maximizes the comunication with the garden and privacy over the street. Each house allows a 3-bedroom minimum occupation, with 225 sqm of gross construction area distributed over 2 floors (130sqm on the ground floor + 90sqm on the first floor).

Base Build – "Casca" model:

"Casca" means that the house will be sold finished in all exterior claddings, and the interiors will be left in rough open-space, for subsequent interior works (exempted from licensing), taken by the owner. With this scheme, Reabilita will carry all the licensing and construction of the base structure, the exterior claddings until the finish, the outer doors, windows, walls and gates, as well as all the necessary connections of public infrastructures up until the house entrance (sized-up to a 4-bedroom occupation), in accordance to Reabilita’s original project. Moreover, the swimming pool, the outer walls and gates, as well as the garden, with its pavings and vegetation, will be entirely finished.

Interior architectural project - "Turnkey":

The layout features a broad connection between the main social areas – livingroom and kitchen – and the outdoor living areas. On the first floor, 3 bedrooms and the main en suite bedroom enjoy greater tranquility. All finishes and equipments are included.

Construction works started by the end of 2021 and are expected to be finished be mid-2023.
