Located in Chiado, next to Largo do Carmo, this building includes 5 small apartments. Also, there is a restaurant and a book shop (since 1942) on the ground floor.
PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
- Reabilita bought this building in March 2013 and the commercialization of the apartments took place until March 2014, with the book shop sold to its previous owner.
- The works were executed by Buildway, and finished by May 2014.
- There are no apartments for sale.
