Right in far-famed Bairro Alto and a few meters from Largo de Camões, we rehabilitated this classic building, made uncommon among the neighbouring facades and the narrow streets by its high ceilings and tall windows.

With 1 sunbathed apartment per floor, this small building was rehabilitated maintaining the original and historical structure as well as its distinctive constructive features, such as wooden window frames (yet now double glazed), shutters, doors and ornaments.

After the works were commercialized 2 commercial and 3 housing units.
