This building is located in a touristic area of the typical neighborhood Bairro Alto. It includes five floors with apartments type T2 (small dimensions) and a shop. Our clients were small particular investors that were looking for profits in the short term rental market.

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT

• Full recovery of the common areas: façades, roof, stairwell, electricity and water systems and sewage system
• One of the apartments was fully recovered
• There are no apartments for sale.
